In the Garden

“In order to live off a garden, you practically have to live in it.” - Frank McKinney Hubbard Rocky Gowers (AKA my dad) This sounds just like something he would say.

As a child we worked in the garden…a lot. You took your shoes off at the beginning of it and worked barefoot, there was nothing like cool dirt in between your toes. At the time I will admitt I hated working in the garden, there was always dirt pies to be made, trampolines to jump on and and swings to be swung in! After many years have passed from the time when I was barefoot in the garden I have finally decided to start my own…soon and very soon I will have a garden in my back yard. Not even a quarter of the size mine was growing up, but enough. These are the items I'm having it in, maybe next year it will be bigger and more veggies.

Jeremiah 29:5 Build ye houses, and dwell in them; and plant gardens, and eat the fruit of them;

Happy Gardening Ya'll!
