Here's the scoop

I've been looking over "easy" birthday options for Connor's 4th birthday. I will have a newborn baby just weeks before his birthday but wanted his day to still be special too. It was a tight race between hot wheels (which he loves) and ice cream party...my only concern was could I throw off a ice cream BOY party? We'll after searching http://www.etsy.com/ and http://www.ebay.com/ I think I can! So this years Ice Cream Party will have some of the following...
